In 2006, Wabash Marketplace, Inc. began promoting and organizing the Farmer's Market, a grassroots effort of local growers for several years. The Farmer's Market is located in the Honeywell Center's north parking lot at 275 W. Market Street, in downtown Wabash, Indiana. HOURS: Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Beginning the first Saturday in June and going through the third Saturday in October.) *WIC vouchers accepted by select vendors.

• The purpose of the event is to provide a venue for area farmers & gardeners (vendor) to sell their fresh home grown fruits, vegetables,  herbs, cut flowers, bedding plants & potted plants to the public.
  
  
• Selling will be from 9am to 2pm each Saturday from June 6th to October 17th.
  
  
• The Farmers’ Market is open to any farmer/gardener (vendor) who pays the fee.
  
  
• Fresh, high-quality fruits, vegetables, herbs, cut flowers, bedding plants & potted plants may be sold at the Farmers’ Market.  Value-added products may be admitted at the discretion of the market management.
  
  
• Vendors are to set up with their own tables & chairs and take all trash when finished for the day.
  
  
• NO home processed foods shall be sold at the market unless vendor has a Health Department inspected & approved kitchen.
  
  
• All vendors are required to meet State, Local, & USDA Health Department Codes.
  
  
• The Wabash Farmers’ Market reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any vendor or item that is not in keeping with the rules or quality of this farmers’ market criteria and guidelines.
  
  
• The Farmers’ Market Master (or his/her agent) will oversee the market & enforce the above regulations.
