Message from the Board of Directors
- "Wabash Marketplace strongly supports the City of Wabash through efforts to improve and foster community and economic development and historic preservation. The accomplishments of this organization have physically and socially changed the atmosphere of Wabash for the better.
The most important component of a city is a healthy, vibrant, and economically stable downtown. A beautiful and diverse downtown is what sets Wabash apart from other communities throughout the nation, and WMI has capitalized on and been instrumental in the creation of this difference. WMI, in conjunction with the efforts of many local organizations, has created a city to be proud of. In addition to the countless projects WMI has conducted to better this community, we have leveraged more than $30 million in private capital and helped create about 100 jobs.
Wabash Marketplace, Inc. is truly a remarkable organization that represents a remarkable town. Residents of Wabash are encouraged to become involved in the transformation of our city. And, to those of you not fortunate enough to reside in our wonderful community, please pay us a visit.
